Tenancy agreements in Canberra always require an End of Lease service when vacating a rented property. The service is done for the possibility of fleas being present, especially with your cats or dogs being around. The house, yards, paths and all other areas where pets have slept are inspected. This service is performed after removing all furniture and cleaning the carpet. Following protocols, upon completion and payment of the service, our team will supply you with a service sheet that you may present to the real estate agent to process your bond payment.
